Just remember not to finish pushing the drive in until you get it right and it starts flashing the little light. iSeries Navigator Management Central has a nice graphical, that if it worked, it would make this a lot easier, but I suspect that they too have a tough time formatting that string right. If your boss still shudders any competent CE should be able to do this for you for a couple of hundred bucks. Rob Berendt
