RE: Daylight savings time question. V5R3

Thanks for the link Rob.  I've already looked through the documentation
though and besides, I'm on V5R3 as stated in the subject so V5R4
documentation isn't right for me right now.  My biggest question was as
I stated, what's the difference between the two system value settings I
noted?  They looked identical to me except for some text in their
descriptions.
