This is going to get hairy.

Auto config creates devices with *PUBLIC *CHANGE authority.  You can then
go to *DEVD, and give certain user profiles *EXCLUDE authority, to keep
them out.  If you chose to give *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE authority, then you would
have to authorize specific user profiles to use it.

Now wasn't that easy in the old world of dumb workstations (which I prefer
for green screen work).

In the new Client Access world, device description names are typically
assigned on the fly.  I understand that it is possible to give certain PC's
a specific name, but this is not the default.

Is there any "easy" way to set a user profile up to only allow them to
sign on at certain terminals / device names? Or is the best route to
create an initial program that gets called and ensure they are signing
on at the proper device?
