A lot of it comes from Info center. http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/ Now, once you get in there getting to a direct link often requires that you right click instead of left click and either click on properties, or click on Open in New Window, to get the url. Because, otherwise, the link at the top of your browser doesn't change and you end up giving a generic welcome to infocenter url. Then there's other links like the planning and migration links that I often paste. But "thee" starting place (this week) is: http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/i/ Support is where I spend most of my time. This get's you infocenter, planning, submitting PMR's, etc. DCR's are a searchable item. Frankly it should be a drill down from support on the website but I can only find it in a technote at http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas1a280079bd322cfc686256ef3006d5604&rs=110 Resources is good for marketing Education is ok. Can be used, with a lot of hunting, to find when/where the IBM Technical Conferences are. Rob Berendt
