DSPDBR and DSPFD will do the trick (with a little work) but API will do the
same much faster.
You can alos use sth system files that store all files name and fields name
and keys names.
sorry i have not the name of these files now but someone in the group will
certainly tel you.

After you can use a CL or RPG ...
