Has anyone gotten aXes, the WebFacing alternative, to work with SSL and if so, how did you do it?
Lots of sites run aXes over SSL.First step is to ensure you are current on PTFs for aXes. There have been 2 or 3 released that specifically deal with SSL problems.
Second step is to follow the instructions in the aXes Reference. See Section 8. Secure Sockets Layer. It tells you all you need to know. One point to note is that there is a minor defect in the ADDAXESSSL command. If it puts the SSL directives at the bottom of the aXesW3.conf file then edit it and move them up to where the commented examples are earlier in the file.
Third step is to contact your local agent or Arterial support if you still can't get it to work.
