Simon, the rule about not changing the order of the exports also applies
to *PRV signatures.  See this post which describes an experiment using
all three approaches to handling signatures:

I don't think I wrote the paragraph you quoted very well. I didn't mean I didn't like adding exports at the end. I meant I didn't like the single signature idea.
