Check out IBM's  IFS Tools at

ftp://testcase.boulder.ibm.com/as400/fromibm/ApiSamples/ifstool.savf

The QRYIFSLIB tool allows you to send to an output file the result of each
file and directory in the IFS. You can then list the data as you need. If
you run QRYIFSLIB without parameters the program displays help data that
even includes a SQL statement to list the size of each directory on the
IFS.
