My apologies, Rob.  I must've gotten it confused.  But maybe not, 
you no longer have 5769DG1 installed on your system, so the PTF 
index is probably long gone that would find these old SAVFs.  
However, for the ones that are 5722DG1, they could still be in 
the index and you want to use the DLTPTF to eliminate them if you 
can.

If you do an inventory using iSeries Navigator and then a search, 
do these PTFs show up as found?  If you dump the complete PTF 
listing to a spool file and search, do you see these PTF numbers?  

Regardless, SF56133 is a really OLD PTF... V4R3 from what I can 
find.  It may be that you'll just have to delete these *SAVFs, 
but here's info on the release #s
