You would think a code library would have loads of documentation, as well as a helpful developer or two to help you out with the 'clue' factor. Closed source, I take it? Can you step through the library code in debug at least? I suppose all you can do is read the support contract, and then ask for a written copy of their support policies prior to purchase. You could ask to review the library documentation prior to purchase to see if it looks adequate. I assume you went up the ladder to management. The squeaky wheel and all... Regards, Rich
