What I think you are remembering is the Access Path Size. You should
make sure all are set at *MAX4GB

CHGLF ACCPTHSIZ(*MAX4GB)

This make the query analyzer perform better under V5R3. See if you can
find anything under ACCPTHSIZ or access path size.

Subject: V5R3 help please....

I can't seem to find the correct search words, but I remember a problem
with access paths and V5R3 backups. We are getting ready to make the
leap from V5R2 to V5R3 (next month) and I want to be prepared to make
any changes before they impact us negatively.

I have read the memo to users and it talks about the new system value,
but I remember a gotcha being discussed. Any pearls of wisdom would be
appreciated.
