We use a VB script to extract E-Mail addresses from Exchange and then FTP them to the iSeries on a Sunday morning. Later, a Robot job runs to populate a Physical File. I *believe* we're running Exchange Server 2003. Prior to this version, the MS extract capability of the Exchange Address Book was limited to a very long comma-delimited file that basically had to be parsed by a program.
