Citrix Metaframe causing problems with iA

Has anyone ever experienced issues using Citrix and iSeries Access?  While I do 
have consistent access to the target i5, the Citrix Metaframe interface has 
wreaked havoc on the iSeries Access functions. The F9 key (retrieve) does not 
work at all. Of course, we all know this is one of the most highly-used 
features of the O/S. Also, different command windows have different things that 
don't work. My colleague says the problem is on the iSeries side.
   
  Any insight would be appreciated!
