mailto:booth@as?&Subject= 123 It opened a blank e-mail addressed to booth@as with a subject of 123. I believe the syntax is this:mailto:<to e-mail>?cc=<cc email>&bcc=<bcc mail>&subject=<subject text>&body=<body text>
If something like that won't run from your PC command line then the problem looms larger.
