We need to lock down some IFS folders. There is over 1000 files and 550
folders. I believe we are going to want to assign authorization lists to the
files. However, my question is this. If I change the security on the root
folder, can a user who doesn't have authority get to anything futher down
the tree?

I do know how to change every file and folder, but that takes quite a while
to run.
