Dekko plans, was: Say Hello to IBM System i5!

No immediate plans for the 5250 end user applications.  Along with 
numerous other applications (Innovis, Unicorn, Domino, etc) we are running 
BPCS405CD.  Planning on moving to V8 this year.  We have done some Domino 
hooks into BPCS for our website.  While waiting for the one guy to try to 
get webfacing to work someone else whipped up a Domino ap from scratch to 
do it.  No data duplication - uses stored procedures.  Looking to Portal 
some ap's.  But even that might be whatever portal product supports 5250 - 
perhaps iSeries access for the web.

Probably doing it wrong.  No real plan.  Paid consultant to come on site 
and configure portal.  Hang around learn, learn, learn.  Put it on a shelf 
for a year or so to handle other priorities.  Pay next consultant to set 
up portal again... Back burnered again.  No joke.
