SNTP is different than DST adjustment.  Both done quite well in V5R3. 
Prior to V5R3 you could do SNTP but it required the purchase of a package 
from IBM's InsultLine service.

SNTP adjustments are like the speed up or slow down previously discussed, 
of if the gap was too big it just plain gave up.
DST is one big jump, and I'd like to see the comments regarding WRKJOBSCDE 
too.
