I would prefer IBM stop gearing down the CPU.  The 600 CPW 520 runs at probably 
15% of its CPU capacity.  Crippling the hardware limits programmers in their 
use of modular programming techniques.

Is there pricing available?  Any price cuts on the 520 systems?  User based 
pricing perhaps?  Just like IBM prices their DB2 database on PC server systems.
