It kinda depends on what you mean by "easy". It also can depend on what options 
are installed, in particular Qshell.

Note that many Qshell utilities can send to stdout. Also, stdout can be 
redirected to a streamfile. But, for many purposes, streamfiles and user spaces 
can be interchangeable.

E.g., it's possible to redirect to something like 
/qsys.lib/qgpl.lib/myspc.usrspc. Once the space is populated, CL can access it 
easily via QUSRTVUS. One potential problem would be when the redirected output 
would exceed the 16MB limit.
