You could just have a front end RPG program that calls up a screen that allows to enter the library name, the user can press enter to have the program validate that the file does not already exist, then the user pressed F6 to submit the job to batch to run. The CL that runs in batch can then create the library and copy the files and/or objects to this new library. If you are using CRTDUPOBJ, be sure the parm for DATA = *YES.....I think the default might be *NO.
