Re: service agent and sndptford problem

A couple of things to check...

5722-AC3 must be installed
Your Firewall must be configured to allow an outbound VPN connection from the iSeries 
Finally make sure you have the latest ECS Group (SF99298) installed.
Once all the above are met it doesn't hurt to Delete and Re-Create the ECS config via either 
Go Service option #18 or via iSeries Nav.
