Yes I have this installed:

Since looking at it closer I can see a possible problem with character sets
in the building of the DB2XML library.

For example when the DBXXADM command fails, there is the following error:

QTEMP/QSQLT00160/VARCH00001 line 1: £pragma sql_source is unrecognized and
  is ignored.

Notice the £ sign (English Pound sign)

But when I look at this in the QTEMP library the command is as follows:

0000.10 #pragma sql_source("QTEMP/QSQLT00160/VARCH00001")        - as it
should be.

Have you any idea how this is happening? I am attempting to install this on
a Foreign language system with CCSID 297
