Two things that will interest you. :)If someone knows VB or VC++ then of course they'd use those. However us old RPG folks already know RPG, so Visual Age RPG is a logical extension of our skills. IBM provided the means for us green screeners to update our applications to GUI but we ignored the opportunity.
Visual Age RPG is for the iSeries. It deploys on Windows, but it is for the iSeries. The product builds either Windows dll's or Java thingies,
