Enough already!  The guy did a great job while he was here, he is off to
bigger and better things, let's not panic until we see the next person gets
a chance!

Nor more unwarranted gloom and doom, okay?  If Shearer's next hire is a
dufus, then you can start complaining.  For now, enjoy the fact that we had
a great guy on the job: so great that LexusNexus wanted him.
