RTVQMQRY and *qrydfn outfiles -- MIDRANGE-L

The RTVQMQRY command to create a qmqry source member for an existing *qrydfn 
does not include any source lines for an outfile created by the query. We use 
the source members to update our file and field "where used" inquiry. Is there 
another command or api to get full info from an existing Query?
