Our users are LMTCPB(*YES) and can still use SNDMSG but not SNDBRKMSG. Of course, you can use CHGCMD with the ALWLMTUSR parameter to make them however you want. Or if for some reason you want your users to have command line abilities, you can revoke authority to the command.
