Thanks...I forget about the "vision" thing...The "roadmap" thing and the "WAS" thing... I also forget about the "web is gonna rule the world" thing that the prior CEO used as his "vision" right up to the point of the entire dot.gone thing. I'm sticking with my grumpy "IBM ain't got no vision" thing. I have not seen a decent tool come out of IBM in many years. I assume they are too busy writing all those "killer" Java apps. The "money" I was referring to relates to SQL, WebSphere, WebFacing, Web Interactions, Web Services, SOA, Java, Apache, PHP, WDSC, etc. etc. They have spent a lot of time and effort promoting the RoadMap (again I'm not a huge fan but ..) - Haven't you seen that? It outlines their whole "vision" of where the apps are.
