RE: WebSmart anyone?

I did a 30 day trial about 2 years ago with the product.  After a day of
getting used to their terminology and standards I was able to generate
simple inquiries and maintenance programs off of single files.  From what I
remember it really was very simple to learn the basics and use.  Technical
Support was helpful on the couple of questions I had.  Pricing was per
iSeries that the product was installed on.  We ended up not getting the
product as the project it was going to be used for was shelved.  After using
it for a short period of time I would recommend the product to people.  Your
best bet is to contact BCD and get a 30 day trial and give it a test spin
yourself and form your own opinion if it fits your needs and expectations.

Hi all,

Has anyone used BCD's WebSmart product? A colleague of mine is
evaluating iSeries Web Dev. Tools and has asked me to do some research
for him.
Does it need a run-time component in each server to be run? Any ideas
about the cost?
