Probably not what you want, but I haven't seen this mentioned yet... This
simply changes all objects in somelib to the NEWOWN.....        

CHGOWN OBJ('/qsys.lib/somelib.lib/*') NEWOWN(SOMEUSER) RVKOLDAUT(*YES)
