When I'm trying to verify tape in BRMS system
i'm getting this message

Message ID . . . . . . :   CPF67AB       Severity . . . . . . . :   40

Message . . . . :   1 cartridges not added
Cause . . . . . :   Not all cartridges specified were successfully added.
Recovery  . . . :   See the previously listed messages to see why the
 cartridges were not added.


How can I fixed this problem?
