You might try the support site search engine - it has fixed the links 
to InfoCenter that were broken with the new V5R3 Eclipse-based version.

You might also try using a V5R2 or earlier version of InfoCenter - I 
don't remember if they have this behavior. I DO know that they are 
not based on Eclipse, as the latest one is.
