Treat it as you would any other piece of spam (which it is). If you want to
complain to the sender's ISP, you can use spamcop.net to find out who that
is. I'd also forward it  to IBM - they might consider taking action against
the sender.

I don't think this is from IBM.  This is a third party that calls itself
"IBM Service Sales" and I'd be interested to see how many people got it, and
maybe figure out who gave my address to these guys.

(I'm up to date on everything.  I just put a SWMA in place for the 270, and
my 520 is brand new and under subscription for a year.)
