I would suggest subscribing to the WDSc list.  I have been using WDSc for about 
3 years now and still find useful information on tricks and tips that others 
post from time to time.  I pass them on the others in our group and save them 
for reference later.

This is a great idea -- a good starting place is the list Jon
provided, converting the common mistakes into questions or topics, and
using the redbook anmd other available resources to answer them.
