I would agree with Ed on reading before changing. In this particular shop I am a programmer only, and Operations make their own decision with no warning. They have to set the sys val back & ipl mid-morning. I have forwarded Ed's recommend to them. We did find the big gotcha was that earlier versions of Client Access do not support password level 2.
