I can tell you that V4R5 to V5R3 is not supported.  You must upgrade from
V4R5 to at the latest V5R1, and then to V5R3.

I am getting SRC B145-4605 while trying to upgrade from V4R5 to V5R3. Can
anyone tell me what it means?
