We're pursuing with NetManage. Bear in mind that it's happening on two different 5250 client products developed by two different companies (and bought by a third). NetManage bought ViewNow years ago to replace their Chameleon product. Then they replaced ViewNow with Wall Data's Rumba (try to imagine Christopher Lambert in a trench coat slicing off ViewNow's head then Wall Data's head, each accompanied by lightning and explosions). The Rumba Web-to-Host product is completely different than the ViewNow fat client. We're supposed to try an iSeries Access emulation session to further eliminate the client 5250 emulation software from the picture, but you get the idea... -Jim James P. It blocks the keep alive from the iSeries, thus causing the session appear to be frozen, until the disconnect timer expires. Check with NetMange to see if they have ran into your problem in the past. I personally have never see a problem that was on the OS400 side, but always related to the PC client and other software conflicting.
