I was looking around and noticed a couple of things. First, in the
mylib and noticed that I created a command called OURFTP. I wasn't
sure if the *CMD was trying to be used instead of the *PGM of the same
name. I created another program called XOURFTP. I deleted the
Trigger and Stored Procedure. I noticed when I recalled the commands
that I didn't fully qualify every name. When I created them again I
changed that.
Logged in and added mylib to my libary list and still got the same
problem

The program that I'm trying to run is a CL program. That's fine
right? Doesn't have to be LE?
