Bill,

What do you want to do?

I've got a custom version that 
1) starts Messenger Plus in restricted state paging mode 
2) waits 24-48 hrs instead of the normal max delay of 24hrs
3) allows you to choose between restarting, IPL'ing, and staying in
restricted state

(might even do more, it's been awhile since I looked at it ;-)

I know what Save 21 does, but it's the error handling and not yet
dedicated
system handling that's slowing me down.
