A while back I recall seeing a post that indicated that they had closed down. I think the company was called Source Retrieval.

I found this link on another web site:

     offered decompilation services for midrange IBM systems (S/36,
     AS/400) to recover RPG, COBOL
     <http://www.program-transformation.org/Transform/COBOL>, CLP, NOP
     and DDS code. As of Febuary 2003, they are out of business.
