First, I'd put more groups on.  Look at the list of available groups at:
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/sline003.NSF/GroupPTFs?OpenView&view=GroupPTFs
like SF99269 and SF99099 and any other's that are applicable.  Even though 
you may not use Java it's just so imbedded in everything that IBM does.
Second, I'd get more recent ones.  There is a newer cume out.  And you are 
5 levels back on hiper and 2 levels back on DB2.
Third, you must IPL to get these ptf's installed.
Fourth, since you did a release upgrade there's a risk (since you didn't 
IPL) that the INZSYS never ran.  That's a no-no.  This automatically get's 
started by an IPL after the upgrade.
