Sly operator
, last time I had "similar" the "new" operator as they were going out the door 
reached for the BIG RED emergency power off button for the computer room, 
saying "What's this for?" as they pressed it....followed by me screaming 
"NO!!!!" and the "deadly" silence as the room shut down!!!
 
2 days later a cover went on the switch (gee seems like someone suggested that 
a few months earlier......duh!!!) and 2 wks later operator gone.....

If you have HW support, call 1-800-IBM-SERV. 

www.ibm.com/eserver/iseries/infocenter and search for the SRC in the
list based on your particular model.

SRC beginning with 10 or 11 are SPCN-related.
