need Outlook 2003 SKU01A.CAB file

Greetings,

not exactly midrange related but we've got a user that installed Outlook
2003 from a standalone PID and is now doing an Adobe update that is
locking up because the idiots at Adobe require a MS cab file.  Needless to
say, they're licensed but can't put their hands on the original PID CD (I
did the install so I've seen the original PID).

If anyone has this .cab file and could send it to be OFF LIST I'd
appreciate it.
