Our Windows e-mail router was down last night and we didn't get our SPLTOOL
( http://www.bvstools.com <http://www.bvstools.com> ) files.  Does SPLTOOL
do retries?  How many and for how long?  Or is this a SMTP setting on our
i5?  Are these files gone for ever?
