My boss just discovered some 80,000+ message queues in QGPL.  These all
start with D# like 
D#003120    *MSGQ 
D#003121    *MSGQ 
D#003122    *MSGQ 
D#003123    *MSGQ 
D#003124    *MSGQ 

I am trying to figure out what these are?
Why there are so many of them? 
How to limit them if it makes sense?
