Funny you mention NETIQ, Steve...

We were previously using Pentasafe ( now NETIQ) and decided to replace it with the PowerTech products. Some reasons for the switch:

1) We found PowerTech's products to be much easier to use and administer than Pentasafe (NETIQ).
2) NETIQ product support was poor/nonexistent after the acquisition.
3) NETIQ doesn't appear to be enhancing the product.
