All in favor of public flogging of someone who recommends any command that 
requires QDLS raise their hands.  Just kidding - Don't want to flood the 
list.

I'd recommend CPYTOIMPF.  However you really - really have to have your 
CCSID's right, etc on V5R3.  We wrote our own using RPG IFS and that 
performs better and doesn't humiliate you with V5R3.  There are 
workarounds to get V5R3 to work like earlier releases but DO NOT COUNT ON 
THEM BEING AVAILABLE AFTER V5R3.
