ROTFL!!!

Right on the money there Rob.  As a software vendor whose programs run
in the background of other peoples jobs, we see a lot of this sort of
thing - I just never knew what to call it before today!

Because we see other applications change library lists all the time
(assuming their program is the only one for whom a library list is
important), do CLRLIB's on QTEMP indiscriminately, call the same program
120 times a second, etc. etc. we have become very defensive in our
programming.   With multiple applications running on the box, you simply
can't ever assume that something is right where you left it, especially
when working with something like a trigger or a server program that can
be referenced by any number of current users and applications.
