I think there is a document on the IBM Web Site for the IXS/IXA describing the upgrade process from 2000 to 2003. We have the same situation, plus I never 'synced' the IXS Server with V5R3 (installed with V5R2).

I'm just starting to look at what has to be done to upgrade my IXA/IXS
servers to Windows 2003 server. They are all on Windows 2000 currently. I
found a document describing upgrading from WNT to W2K but not a lot of
information on W2K3.

Can anyone provide some insights?
