You might try this:
1. Use GO CMDREF to dump to *OUTFILE all objects created by particular kinds of program objects such as *QRYDFN for *ALL libraries. 2. Use Query/400 or some such tool to trace the reverse path of GO CMDREF creation for the objects that interest you.

I have used this for other than *QRYDFN to map out all programs that update or access some file.

Does anyone know who to determine the name of a query that created a data file?
