No.  You could recreate them by using an api (or *OUTFILE if it's a one 
shot deal) to process a list of all user profiles and then selecting only 
those wanted.  Might play heck with things like RSTAUT if you're doing 
something like breaking off a division to their own lpar or system as part 
of a sale, time zone separation, etc.
